What I collect, and why.

Only what you type into a form on this site. Depending on the form, that is your name, email address, phone number, what you're interested in, any message or notes you write, and — on the home value form — the address and details of the property you're asking about.

When you book a call, the date and time you chose are stored alongside your contact details so the appointment can be kept.

To reply to you, prepare what you asked for, and keep any appointment you booked. That is the whole of it. Your information is not sold, rented, or traded, and you will not be added to a mailing list because you sent a message.

Submissions are stored in a private database hosted in Canada, and a copy of each enquiry is emailed to info@davidperron.ca. Access is restricted to David Perron.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and does not use third-party advertising pixels. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the request as part of serving them.

Enquiries are kept while they are relevant to a current or prospective client relationship, and afterwards only where record-keeping obligations that apply to registered real estate professionals in Manitoba require it.

You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing info@davidperron.ca or calling +1 204-803-9742. Requests are handled promptly.
